Cancellation Policy

Please inform us of any cancellations at least 24 hours in advance.

 

Check the SPA

We recommend arriving 10 minutes prior to your reservation, to relax your body and mind. We will offer you a soda or tea welcome. In case of delay , and to respect the schedule of the next customer , you cannot extend the duration of treatment.

 

SPA Tag

Thank respects the privacy and tranquility of customers. The use of snuff is reserved for specific areas . Please switch off your mobile devices while in the Spa.

 

Health Status

If you have any health conditions , allergies , injuries that may affect the service, or if you are pregnant , you must report it at the time of booking , however please consult the product contraindications (HERE)

 

Loss or Damage

Unfortunately we cannot be responsible for damage or loss of personal items.
Keep all your valuables at all times.
