Reservations 

We recommend that you book your treatment in advance to ensure availability in the hours that suit you, you can do so by calling (+34) 622-959-365, or are a regular customer via email. 

Cancellation Policy 

Please inform us of any cancellations at least 24 hours in advance, no refunds are made, is only valid for changes in treatments similar notice.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, cash with currency, Euros, Dollars and Pounds. 

Check the SPA 

We recommend arriving 10 minutes prior to your reservation to enjoy a refreshing drink or tea welcome. In case of delay, and to respect the schedule of the next customer, you can not extend the duration of treatment.

Health Status 

If you have any health conditions, allergies or injuries that may affect service, or if you are pregnant, you must report it at the time of booking, you can consult the Health appendix at all. 

Loss or Damage 

Unfortunately we can not be responsible for damage or loss of personal items, keep all your valuables at all times.
